Private Sector Housing Manager

I am working closely with a Local Authority based in Surrey who are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Manager.

This local authority is known for its unrivalled access to the great outdoors, whilst being an easy commute away from London, so you really get the best of both worlds!

You'll be managing one other Private Sector Housing Officer and one Admin Officer.

Keen to take on the challenge? You'll need to have experience in:

• HMO Licensing and Inspections
• Previous managerial or Team Leader experience

Want some security? This role will be a 6 month initial contract but could go up to a year if you're getting on well!

And if you want to work mostly remote, then you're in luck. This council are only asking for office presence to be 1-2 days a week, and are open to someone working a condensed 3-4 days a week.
