Job Description Key responsibilities as a Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer will include:Developing and maintaining precedent standard forms and precedent documents.Identifying private equity-related training needs of the Group, organising, designing and delivering training.Monitoring and keeping the Group informed about important developments in the law or business environment.Establishing processes to capture matter description and categorisations in the Matter Profiling System.Identifying opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients through articles, briefing notes etc. The Successful Applicant A successful Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer should have:Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practices as a solicitor in private equity transactions.Competent with typical law firm technology tools.Commercial awareness and client orientated approach.Well-developed organisational and communication skills.
