Private Equity Investment Analyst

Our client is a well-established global asset management firm. They are looking to recruit a Private Equity Analyst to join their growing PE investment team in London. This role will focus on identifying the best investment ideas withinlate-stage growth companies across multiple sectors and geographies.Key Responsibilities:Source attractive investment opportunity directly, through relevant intermediaries and own personal networkConduct financial analysis and modelling to generate investment ideasPresent new investment opportunities to wider teamLead meeting with management of companiesManage the investment process, including term sheet submission and document negotiationsThe successful candidate will have:4-7 years total work experienceRelevant experience in private equity, growth capital or late stage venture capitalPrevious experience working in investment banking, management consulting, equity research or auditStrong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 degree) from a top-tier universityInterest in investing in fast growing businesses and have an entrepreneurial flairAnalytically astute, with a creative outlook – a good balance of quantitative and qualitative skillsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsMason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
