Private Clients Insurance Adviser

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are pleased to be recruiting for a Private Clients Insurance Advisor for our client based in the Maidstone area of Kent. 

The role involves assisting the Private Clients Management team to ensure the smooth running and growth of the department. You will be allocated a set up number of clients, micro-groups and individuals with the goal of expanding, developing, and growing this list of clients by building relationships, new sales and cross selling. 

Requirements for Private Clients Insurance Advisor 

-    12 Months or more of previous sales experience (Ideally in insurance or a similar role.) 

-    Ability to build relationships 

-    Full UK Driving Licence 

-    CII/IF7 Qualification or working towards 

This is a full-time role Monday-Friday with flexi start time available, with Hybrid working available once initial training has been completed. For this Private Clients Insurance Advisor role there is a starting salary of £25,000-£30,000 with uncapped commission and a quarterly bonus based on company performance.
