We are looking for a highly experienced Private Client Tax Senior Manager join our private client tax team in London. Your role as Senior Manager is to ensure the delivery of the private client tax function workflow and to directly manage a portfolio of private client tax relations.To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to provide technical expertise to clients directly and to internal KR client colleagues, have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage budgets effectively and maximise fee recovery whilst delivering a customer-centric approach.Key responsibilities as Private Client Tax Senior Manager include:Oversee planning, prioritising, resourcing and allocation of relevant client corporate tax work (compliance & advisory) ensuring effective team workflowBe a point of contact across the firm for tax technical advice in a particular areaOversee the monitoring of work progress and ensure appropriate levels of communication with all clients and internal stakeholders on jobs progressDeveloping private client tax technical skill and keeping up to date through training courses, appropriate research and identification of changes in legislation, HMRC policy and as a result of casesTake proactive steps to seek out tax advisory work from allocated private client tax workManage, protect and develop your own client portfolio, ensuring the firm adds maximum value to clients which will in turn maximise fee levelsDelegate work to colleagues to meet training needs and be available to assist with queriesBuild own market profile/network and new BD activity so as to generate own leads and convert leads into clientsWhat we're looking forCTA qualification or equivalentExtensive experience in personal taxation What we can offerKreston Reeves is passionate about its people; we want our colleagues to develop the things they are good at and enjoy.By joining us you can expect:Autonomy to develop and grow your skills and experienceOpportunities to develop a varied portfolio of work with different clientsStrong, inspiring and thought-provoking leadershipA genuinely supportive and collaborative environmentA culture of learning in a stimulating environmentAs well as this, we offer:Financial Wellbeing – competitive salary, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, Westfield Health Cash Plan, income protection.
