The Role:
As a Private Client and Tax Associate, your responsibilities will include advising on personal tax matters, managing offshore structures, and contributing to business development initiatives.
The role will cover a mixed caseload involving all aspects of tax, domestic and international wealth planning and trusts.
In addition to the core duties, the successful candidate will undertake the following key responsibilities:
Providing UK Personal Tax Advisory:
Offering expert guidance to both domestic and international families concerning their succession and tax planning strategies. This entails leveraging various legal instruments such as wills, corporates, partnerships, trusts, and other structures to optimise tax outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Advising on Offshore Structures:
Offering strategic advice to settlors, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries on the establishment and effective management of offshore structures. This involves navigating complex regulatory frameworks and optimizing structures to meet clients' objectives.
