Private Client Solicitor

The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm on the outskirts of Manchester. This is a full-time, permanent job suitable for those commuting from Altrincham, Wilmslow, Ashton-under-Lyne and Stockport. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be managing a caseload of matters including wills, trusts, estate administration and LPAs. Key responsibilities of this role also include:

* Providing an outstanding client service

* Carrying out business development activities including networking

* Maintaining existing networks of referrers and seek referrals from existing clients

* Managing time recording, WIP, billing and cash collection

* Participating in team and group meetings

* Supervising other colleagues as required

Person Specifications

Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of handling a varied caseload of wills, trusts, estate administration and LPAs including complex matters.

To be considered for this job role you will also be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

* Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal

* Excellent organisational skills

* Collaborative, working well with a team demonstrating leadership as required

* Keen eye for detail with a high level of accuracy

* Proficient with Microsoft Office

* Ambitious and proactive
