Private Client NQ – 7 years PQE Surrey or SW London £40-70K dep on PQEHighly recognised, commercial high street who are Legal 500 ranked, with offices in Surrey and SW London, are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join their Legal 500 ranked and award-winning team.Their preference is for someone to be office based, however, there can be flexibility for the right candidate.The role:The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private client law including:Simple and complex willsLifetime tax planningAdministration of estatesPowers of AttorneyElderly client mattersCourt of protectionRequirements:A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive with experience in managing your own caseload of private client matters.
