Private Client Solicitor

Job Description
A key client is looking to hire an experienced fee earner (Solicitor or CILEX) specialising in wills, trusts, and estates.
The established existing team offers all private wealth legal services to their clients, regularly providing expert and complex advice to high net and ultra HNWIs.
The candidate:
A minimum of 4 years PQE.
Experience in the preparation of all types of wills, including planning which will involve qualifying business assets; preparing and advising on LPAs; setting up, running and terminating trusts; dealing with the administration of estates, and completing the necessary IHT400 forms where necessary.
Ideally you will have knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax.
Valuable solid experience gained from a respected private wealth team / law firm.
If you are STEP qualified or a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers you will be of particular interest.
Ideally you will have links to the West Midlands / Staffordshire / Wolverhampton, although this is not essential, there will be the expectation to build the firms offering in these locations.
You will be self-motivated with the ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision once established.
