THE ROLE: PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR /LAWYER
PQE LEVEL: 3- 5YRS PQE REF: L4L0146 LOCATION: LUTON
Our leading regional multi-services law firm is now expanding and they are looking for a new team member to join them.
Based at their Luton Office, the successful candidate may be required to support their office In Berkhamstead from time to time. Needed ; Excellent client care is essential, with the ability to develop client relationships. Able to work independently within a team.
Responsibilities : Development of Client Portfolio, good marketing skills, social media and networking opportunities. Meet the clients needs regarding Wills, Probate Applications, LPAs, Trust Creation and management, CoP, Administration of Estates.
Client meetings, dealing with new enquiries. Management Risk, Searches, HMRC IHT Rules, case and file management, supporting development of other team members, CPD, Marketing initiatives, Participation in : Charity, networking events, webinars, podcasts and legal clinics.
Required Skills : Experience of working in Private Client. PQE range 3-5 yrs pqe (although our clients will consider a NQ who can evidence experience either as a Paralegal or Trainee in Private Client. Proven IT Skills. Valid Driving Licence.

Full Time 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday

Reporting to Partner, Private Client
Salary Circa: £45k+pa (*dependent on experience and billing history)
