A long-established law firm with a fantastic reputation are a seeking a Senior Private Client professional to join their esteemed team. The Private Client team is highly regarded, with top rankings in the Chambers HNW Guide and Legal 500.
With multiple offices on the South Coast and in London, the firm comprises around 100 professionals. Our Private Client team serves multi-generational families, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business professionals, providing comprehensive services such as wills, inheritance, powers of attorney, trusts and probate, estate planning, and tax advice.
The Role:
Estate planning, including the preparation of wills and advising on lifetime giving.
Probate and estate administration, including advising on deeds of variation.
Preparation of lasting powers of attorney.
Advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts.
