Private Client Paralegal

I am currently working with a prestigious law firm renowned for its expertise in Private Client matters. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, they strive to provide tailored solutions to meet the individual needs of their clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases while contributing to the firm's continued success. Theyare seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Private Client department by managing a caseload of matters independently and providing high-quality assistance to their clients. Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of Private Client matters under the supervision of solicitors, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and tax planning.Liaise with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on the progress of their cases.Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds, with accuracy and attention to detail.Assist with legal research and analysis to support the preparation of legal advice and strategy.Maintain organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.Support solicitors in preparing for meetings, hearings, and other client interactions.Handle administrative tasks, such as billing, file management, and correspondence, efficiently and professionally.Requirements:Prior experience working as a Paralegal in Private Client law.Proven ability to manage a caseload of Private Client matters independently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
