About Our Client A Legal 500 rated Birmingham law firm.
Job Description This is an opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal to join a sizeable Private Client team within a Legal 500 rated law firm. You will be working alongside other Paralegals and getting support from more experienced fee earners.You will be dealing with a mixed workload including drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and general Estate Administration.The team will give you the opportunity to run your own caseload, as well as helping on the more complex cases.The firm has an excellent culture and is well known for the quality of its Private Client department.The role is office based.
The Successful Applicant The team are looking to recruit somebody with Private Client experience. It's likely that you will have at least 12 months' experience as a Paralegal in this area.
