Private Client Litigation lawyer

This new opening is with a highly-regarded law firm in London, which genuinely places private client as a core part of its offering. The firm acts for a superb client base including HNW individuals, families, trusts and charities, amongst others.This position will involve all manner of private client disputes including trusts and probate issues. Working in a well-structured team in a great central London location, this role will involve advice across all manner of UK and cross-border trust and estate litigation including disputes in high-value inheritance, domicile, and property-related private matters.You will either be a specialist private client disputes lawyer, or a general litigation lawyer with a focus on trusts litigation. You will have current or recent experience working in a highly-rated London or leading national law firm. Whilst we are ideally seeking lawyers between three and six years’ PQE, we will consider strong applicants just outside of this level.Further information can be supplied on application.
