Job Description
Are you
a solicitor or legal executive specialising in Private Client
matters? Looking for a role that will enable you to fully immerse yourself in your specialism whilst fostering a sense of responsibility as the interim head of your team?
This tier-2 ranked firm is after a Private Client specialist to integrate seamlessly into their
Worthing-based
team, dealing with the full spectrum of Private Client law on a
fixed-term contract
basis. Seize the opportunity to showcase your legal expertise and management skills in this client-facing role, covering a Legal 500 recommended lawyer.
You will work on matters relating to:
Will drafting
Probate and estate administration
Inheritance tax advice and planning
Formation and registration of Powers of Attorney
Trust creation and administration
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of
5 years PQE
as a CILEx/Legal Executive.
