Our client is a stunning luxury womenswear label who are currently looking for an initiative-taking individual to join their Private Client team in their Central London offices.
As a Private Client Brand Stylist, you will be integral in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for organising and managing all client meetings, fittings and following up on requests. You will promote the collections, advise on products, and will have deep knowledge of the products to be able to answer client queries.
Working closely with the Atelier you will follow through on client requests in a timely manner and process client sales.
As part of the role, you will ensure the private studio is prepared for appointments, from ensuring the collection returned from press and is prepared and steamed to ensuring snacks/beverages are provided and packaging is available, alongside ad-hoc duties to ensure a smooth-running sales studio.
This role will report to the Client Development Manager and is suitable for an individual who has previous experience of working in sales, ideally within luxury brand with strong clienteling skills and experience. In addition, effective communication and organisational skills are necessary.
