Oculus is currently working with an award winning, top 100 law firm based in Reading.The firm have a highly regarded Private Client team led by a next generation Partner and leading individual in the legal 500. Having a strong team of 30 fee earners, this is a great opportunity for someone at your level to gain exposure to complex, high net worth matters as well as international assets from highly regarded individuals in this sector.Also offering competitive salary packages, looking at a starting salary of upwards of £60,000 upwards as well as competitive bonus schemes. The firm has grown gone from strength to strength over the past few years, following a merger of 2 firms.Responsibilities:Management of caseload of good quality, mixed work, to include matters on the following:WillsTrustsLasting Powers of AttorneyCourt of Protection OrdersTo ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and fees and disbursements.Play an active role in promoting the services of the firm and participate in marketing events and business development activities, to include writing articles for the firm’s newsletters and for appropriate external journals, as required.What next?Submit your application today for consideration.
