Private Banking & Wealth Management ExecutiveLondonAs a Barclays Private Banking & Wealth Management Executive, you will be assisting the Private Banker /Wealth Managers in acquiring, servicing, and retaining clients to deliver overall business objectives. You will become a key point of contact for the client for day-to-day operational matters. What will you be doing?•
Assisting the Private Bankers /Wealth Managers in administration and management of day-to-day administration on client relationships including, payments and banking enquiries•
Working pro-actively with Operations, Business Management, and other teams to ensure delivery, resolving issues and reducing/ removing errors•
Handling incoming mail, faxes, and phone calls from clients, interacting with the relevant departments, and confirming all relevant actions to the clients•
Preparing letters and ad-hoc reports for clients and draft letters for Private Bankers/ Wealth Managers•
Addressing and solving clients' administration inquiries, to provide high quality personalized service•
Helping Private Bankers /Wealth Managers in ensuring adherence to all regulatory and Private Bank requirements/ procedures/ controls and recognising/ managing risk•
Performing daily operations and transactions on clients' accounts•
Identifying opportunities to improve current procedures and ways of working to the benefit of our clients, along with aiding the implementation of the change What we’re looking for:•
Sound knowledge of banking, operational and lending procedures, risk management and understanding of financial services security /Risk and Control requirements /procedures•
Relevant client facing experience in a Private Banking /Wealth Management or similar industry role•
Proven investment, fiduciary, and banking product knowledge and experience in preparing for client facing meetings relating to banking proposition and investments•
Experience in managing client relationships and in dealing with senior stakeholders Skills that will help you in the role:•
A Degree qualification, however, this is not essential•
Excellent communication and interactive skills•
Highly articulate with excellent client facing sales skills•
Being technically minded with excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point) Where will you be working?1 Churchill Place in the heart of Canary Wharf is our London headquarter.
