Our client is an international bank, with offices based in the City. They specialise in both private and retail banking.THE RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond and promptly treat client requests, queries, and enquiries. Unresolved requests by COB should be duly escalated daily.General Administrative support on client onboarding and retention, Account opening, Client screening and KYC Documentation checksConduct effective KYB maintenance on existing clients ensuring updated documents are obtained and accurately filed.Manage the Term/ Premium Term deposits portfolio, ensuring ALL clients with maturing deposits are contacted and deposits rolled over promptly.Maintain accurate records for Wealth management trades via the Custodian . Update AuM database promptly following every trade, using issued contract notes which should be saved in Client Folders on View IT.Update all WM reports such as Portfolio Valuation, Rebates reconciliation, Performance tracker, Fund factsheets etc.Provide first level Credit underwriting for assigned portfolio of Mortgage /Wealth Management ClientsMaintain compliant and accurate client files on ViewIt or physical as required by the Bank’s policy and relevant external bodies.Prepare and distribute monthly reports and MI to other departments including Covenant Monitoring Report and Compliance CertificateProcess third party vendor payments including the Custodian, Consultants, Surveyors, Solicitors, etc. in a timely manner.Monitor payment requests and prompt production of SWIFT confirmation for clients.Provide appropriate level of support and collaboration between other internal Business units e.g. Operations, Credit/Risk, Compliance etc.Display good team spirit and professional communication in all interactions with team members and other stakeholdersEnsure line manager and team members are fully aware of weekly business activities and progress of assigned projects/tasksDrive personal progress and development to achieve growth and learning on an ongoing basisOther related duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Head of BusinessEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Customer service/Client onboarding and maintenance experienceSound working experience of at least 5 years’ experience in Banking/Financial Services.Strong knowledge of Microsoft office skills for the production of meaningful reports and MIProficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointProficient in use of Banking softwareStrong attention to detail, quality and accuracyFor further information please contact Natalie Antat
