The Company
Our client is a UK Private Bank with International exposure in varied activities in banking, financial planning and investment management.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Private Banking Assistant / Client Support in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
The successful candidate will support and assist the Client Relationship Manager with banking, investment management and client related administration.
The Private Banking Assistant will liaise with internal stakeholders to for purposes of client account opening, client instructions (execution of identification, call back, payments, deposits, loans, FX deals, transfers and securities transactions), credit applications , client reviews and account monitoring.
The Private Banking Assistant will support Client Relationship Manager in acquiring new and developing existing client relationships and contribute ideas to strengthen ongoing business.
The Private Banking Assistant will assist in a range of duties such as handling client calls, correspondence, individual diaries, filing and expenses, preparing for and attending client meetings and ensuring client records are up to date.
The Private Banking Assistant will assist with travel arrangements and preparation of Investment papers for Client Relationship Manager meetings and general business trips.
The Private Banking Assistant will obtain ad-hoc valuations of client investment and banking portfolios and prepare a consolidated position as required.
The Candidate
+ 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar client supporting role in a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment.
