Associate Dentist – Crowborough, East SussexSalary: 3-5 days per week / 45% split on fees / Private Growth role Associate Dentist / Crowborough, East Sussex / Private GrowthMBR dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Crowborough, East Sussex to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.Position available as soon as possible.Notice periods are taken into consideration.Dentist will ideally be able to offer full-time.3-4 days per week can also be considered.Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5 pm.The successful clinician will be required to grow a list of existing patients by converting NHS to Private.Mixture of Plan and Fee Per Item paid at a 45% split.Practice has several finance options to increase Private revenue.Mixed practice working environment.All additional skills are welcome at the practice.Practice currently offers General Dentistry plus Six Month Smiles.Three surgery dental practice, with three Associates currently in situ.Computerised(SFD), Digital X-Rays, Rotary Endo, Itero Scanner.Dental Hygienist support at the practice.Onsite parking is available.Situated nearby train station and bus links.Practice has been established 17+ years.Position would suit an en experienced Associate looking for their next long-term opportunity within a busy practice.All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active performer number.
