Salary:
£50k to £60k pa depending on experience, car/car allowance, bonus + benefitsOneof the longest established printers in Essex is looking for a talented salesmanager to run a mature sales team. This is a hands-on opportunity within acompany which provides a supportive environment with an entrepreneurialculture. They need a driven senior salesperson who achieve growth and hit salestargets by successfully managing the sales team.This “player-coach” will design and implement thestrategic sales plan to expand our client’s customer base and ensure its strongpresence. Alongside this, the role of sales manager will be to actively managethe sales team with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching,monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals. This role requires candidates with a demonstrated ability tocommunicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels ofthe organisation, internally and externally. We are looking for someone with astrong business sense and who has proven ability to drive the sales processfrom plan to close.Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, you willbe eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover.
