Quest Employment is recruiting for a Team Leader for one of our clients based in Stevenage.
This client specialises in packing and distributing fruits and vegetables to major retailers all around the UK.
Main Duties as a Team Leader
Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
Looking after whole area and key staff . Needs to know all processes from your area andreport to supervisor or manager
Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
Performing record keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
Training and supervising new production line workers.
Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
