Print Customer Services Executive

Manpower UK Print & Packaging Division are currently working on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a market leading Labels and Flexible packaging company who, having seen consistent growth, and are heavily investing across their business. They are therefore eager to enrich their existing longstanding team with an additional Print Customer Services Executive.

Working closely with the Sales Team, you will take responsibility for existing clients to nourish and build relationships. The ideal candidate will have Print / Packaging / Artwork experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver an outstanding service to an impressive array of clients in a variety of sectors.

Daily duties will include:

• Develop strong working relationships with customers face to face, via telephone and email.
• Taking job briefs from sales /customers, using print management skills to advise and manage customer requirements.
• Create job tickets using Tharstern MIS System (training will be provided).
• Work in a team environment to support and interact with Sales & Production teams.
• A positive attitude to achieving deadlines within demanding time frames & be an excellent team player.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical understanding of printed labels and flexible packaging.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and communications skills.
