As the Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality rail projects, ensuring the reliability and safety of the rail systems.Leading the development and implementation of systems engineering activitiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirementsDeveloping and managing system integration plansConducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategiesEnsuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsMentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineersThe successful candidate will have proven experience in the Railway Signalling Industry, with a working knowledge of Solid State Interlocking Systems. An in-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is also required along with a good level of knowledge of systems engineering principles.
