This position necessitates close collaboration with both the Weapons System team and the Data Link equipment design authority to coordinate essential information flow and define functional requirements.Strong experience in both Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is essential for this role. While knowledge of RF systems and data links is beneficial, it is not a crucial requirement. We are committed to supporting you in gaining this knowledge as part of your role.Required qualifications:1 Proficient in developing and managing MBSE behavioral models, demonstrating ownership throughout the process.2 Skilled in defining and managing requirements across the system development lifecycle.3 Experienced in systems design, including architecture and integration to meet project objectives.4 Strong communication skills, capable of delivering high-quality written reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.Preferred experience:1 Experience leading design reviews at various stages of product development.2 Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.3 Familiarity with conducting system-level functionality proving activities to ensure system performance and compliance.Requirements:1 A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification.2 Extensive experience in systems engineering throughout the entire product life cycle.4 Capability to work independently within a diverse team, demonstrating a solid grasp of project objectives and a commitment to achieving them.4 Ideally, proficiency in assessing problems and suggesting innovative design solutions within an environment that encourages creative thinking.For more information on the role and company please contact
