This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced consultant to become a part of independent sustainability and engineering consultancy based in their London office.

The ideal Principal Consultant will:

• Be a certified BREEAM, WELL or LEED Assessor
• Have an excellent understanding of sustainability strategies
• Have at least 5 years in a similar role
• Have a good understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape relating to sustainable buildings and building energy in the UK

In this role you will:

• Development of bespoke sustainability strategies to assist clients establishing and/or achieving compliance with their corporate sustainability strategies
• Oversight and delivering of environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM, LEED & WELL
• Provide consultancy advice on sustainable issues including energy and carbon
• Attend project meetings and present findings
• Mentor junior members of staff, including supporting them to develop their own knowledge and expertise
