Are you an experienced Principal Software Engineer seeking new opportunities? We are currently looking for talented individuals on behalf of one of our esteemed clients in the financial services sector.

We need a strategic problem solver, someone who, given the time, is confident they can master any task we throw at them. will work closely with our Digital Data and technology and IT Service functions to advise and implement solutions, assisting the business with wider digital transformation needs and opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive technical initiatives, applying your knowledge in C# and more, to craft robust, scalable software.
Lead in design, implementation, and maintenance of high quality code.
Provide technical guidance on key projects, making a tangible impact.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence.
Ensure alignment and clarity in team goals, outcomes, and timelines.
Set the standard for coding practices, contributing to automated testing and quality assurance.
Commit to delivering maintainable, top-quality software.
Who you are:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with at least 5 years of senior-level experience.
- Skilled in C#; open to mastering new technologies.
- Advocate for engineering excellence and best practices.
- Agile and responsive, ready to pivot with the evolving tech and business landscapes.
- Comfortable in uncharted territories, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
