Recruitment Consultant - £22.5k to £25k (Basic) + Commission
Senior Recruitment Consultant - £27.5k to £32.5k (Basic) + Commission
Principal Recruitment Consultant - £37.5k to £42.5k (Basic) + Commission
Location -
Manchester City Centre
Working Hours -
8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday // 8:45am to 4:30pm Friday

As a Recruitment Consultant at EVEREC, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within the EV industry. You will work closely with EV companies ranging from start-ups to established corporations to understand their hiring needs and culture, while also cultivating relationships with skilled professionals seeking opportunities in this exciting field.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with EV companies to define hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for EV industry roles.
Build and maintain a network of qualified EV professionals through various channels, including networking events, social media, and industry partnerships.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies within the EV sector to better advise clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities using our internal systems and tools.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the Automotive / EV Charging / Electric Vehicle (EV) / Renewables industry and a passion for sustainable technologies would be beneficial but not essential
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
