As we continue to expand our portfolio of ground-breaking therapies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, validate and implement mono and coculture screening assays in 2D and 3D systems using primary and immortal cell lines
Contribute to project progression using primarily cell-based screening and profiling assays to support validation and MOA studies including biomaterial development from a range of tissues
Pivotal role in the strategy and the decision-making process to support target validation and appropriate data packages
Contribute to the design and execution of experiments or highly technical work programs. Responsible for final outcomes of experiments and recommending process improvement when required. May lead specialist processes in support of own programme.
Qualifications:
PhD in Biochemistry or a relevant field, ideally with a strong background in IO or Oncology or Fibrosis
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on discovery research/pre-clinical development.
You are currently living in London or willing to travel frequently to London (Must be a UK )
