Principal Scientist - Immunoassay

Hobson Prior is seeking a Principal Scientist with a focus on Immunoassay. This position will require overseeing analytical research, managing the formulation of chemicals and reagents, and ensuring compliance with regulations for best practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate analytical studies from client onboarding to final reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific integrity.Supervise or prepare chemicals, reagents, solutions, and process samples generated in a clinical study as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions.Perform or supervise the processing of samples using Immunoassay techniques and commercially available quantification software, e.g., Gen5 software, including review of raw data.Supervise or process samples within the Specialised Cell Technique Laboratory, including but not limited to PBMCs and cell stimulation.Ensure that work performed adheres to good practice regulations and guidelines associated with a laboratory environment.
