Job DescriptionPrincipal Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) | Hybrid – London | Permanent | Up to £90,000 DOEInterested in the being part of the future of Green Engineering within Building Services? PT Renewables is partnered with an award-winning Design Engineering consultancy delivering construction projects with a focus on Low-Carbon Technologies and Sustainable Design.We are looking for a variety of Mechanical Design Engineers from Senior, Principal, Associate and Partner Seniority.The role:Develop and present project design proposals to the project team and client.Undertake project surveys including; site inspections, stock condition, refurbishment and post-occupancy performance evaluations.Prepare high quality information including; technical specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules, survey reports, and contract documentation.The candidate:A bachelor’s degree or higher in engineeringExperience of delivering residential and other building services projects with heat networks and low carbon technologies.Detailed knowledge of low carbon and sustainable design and London Plan Energy Policy (BREEAM as well).Detailed knowledge of key Building Regulations (Part L, F, P, B) and CIBSE Guides (TM59, CP1).Working towards a membership with relevant industry body (CIBSE, IMechE, IET).Benefits:Bonus5% pension contributionHybrid workingIncome protectionPrivate medical insuranceInterested?
