Skilled Careers are currently working with a growing International Consultancy who are looking to engage with an experienced Principal Mechanical Design Engineer. Our client currently employ 170 engineers across 6 offices – London, Newcastle, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Baku & Manila. By 2027 they are looking to be around 500 engineers worldwide and to facilitate this they are in the process of opening 9 more offices throughout Australia, America and the UK.

They are an employee focused organisation and offer a brilliant work / life balance. They provide the tools / resources to allow their engineers to design to the best capabilities and as a result have been awarded 50 People Awards, 17 Projects Awards, 18 Company Awards and 3 Innovation Awards. In the last 28 months they have had only 1 person leave the business which speaks wonders of what they are doing.

This position has come around due to the recent plans to grow their Data Centre team and so ideally, they are looking for a Principal Mechanical Design engineer to have experience within that sector or have worked on mission critical projects.
