Principal Internal Auditor

My local government client is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their organisation as a Principal Internal Auditor to work within the audit function consisting of 4 permanent staff, and additional co-source.Reporting to an Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit, the position will lead a number of risk based audit reviews right across the business, so experience within an internal audit position is a must, preferably across public sector or local government.The ideal candidate will be from either a Top 20 practice firm or another local government employer, and would be actively working towards their IIA or ACCA qualification.
