Principal IC Design Engineer | RF | HybridReqiva are partnered with a company specialising within the aerospace industry that are recruiting for an experience Principal IC Design Engineer to join the growing team. As the Principal IC Design Engineer you will be working on the specification, architecture, design of key circuits and sub systems of integrated transceivers. The key responsibilities of this Principal IC Design Engineer,Delivering highly competitive RF/Analog blocks with leading edge performanceWork closely with the layout team on IP floor-planning, trial layout design, parasitic extraction and modifications.Technical guidance and Supervision for more junior designers.Document own work and participate in design reviewsThe successful Principal IC Design Engineer will have at least 7 years experience in, A degree within a Engineering disciplineExperience of designing high performance Analog/RF circuitsAbility to work and interact with engineering teams across multiple disciplines during ASIC project stream developmentGreat commutation skillsExperaince in leading more junior members of the team.
Our client offers some hybrid working, however due to the nature of this position, you will be required to work from the office in Cambridge.
The salary for this position is depending on experience along side some fanatic benefits such as 10% bonus scheme, company pension and more!
