Position: Principal Estates Surveyor

North West, In-office twice a week minimum
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Estates and Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of 140 properties, including parks and open public spaces, with a rent roll of approximately £420k. The role demands a professional with essential Landlord and Tenant experience, and while Local Authority (LA) background is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong foundation in private or commercial property management.
Key Requirements:
Landlord and Tenant Experience (Essential):
Proven experience in managing relationships between landlords and tenants is a critical requirement for this role.
Registered Valuer (Desirable):
While not mandatory, possessing a Registered Valuer qualification would be advantageous.
MRICS (Desireable):
MRICS qualification is a prerequisite for this position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a high level of expertise.
