Principal Engineer

Job DescriptionContract for our OEM in Peterborough. If you are an Air Fuel Development with team leadership experience, then this is for you. You would be joining the Component Engineering department leading design and development of air and fuel system components. Across new and current products.To be successful you will have six years of engineering or relevant experience in these areasPlanning and delivering air/fuel system/component development projects to time, cost, and quality goals.Expertise in fuel system, air system, EGR system, turbochargers, performance, data analysis.Experience of leading and participating in APQP (Advance product quality planning), FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) and DVP&R (Design Verification plan).Experience of designing components and systems in 3D CAD (PTC Creo), and Siemens Teamcenter PLM software.This is a hybrid role and an off highway, or automotive or heavy-duty diesel background will be considered.I look forward to your application and next steps
