12 Months Contract

�70.90ph UMB / �53.73ph PAYE | Inside IR35

Security level

This role will require the person to obtain full Security Clearance (SC) You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to Caveat Material which means there are restrictions on nationalities. • Lead coordination of the organisation transformation team
• Looking at current processes and capabilities and making us more efficient (better use of applications etc)
• Pull a transformation improvement plan together
• Driving change to make the team more efficient

• Lean Six Sigma
• training & capability management
• Comms & Engagement
• Organisational Design
• Transformation
• STEM degree
• Background in a highly regulated industry- ideally Nuclear
