Position Available : Principal Engineer - Building Services Engineering
Location : Stevenage - Dynamic Working Hours
Salary : Up to £60,000 + Paid Overtime, Company Bonus & Very Good Pension Package
Experience needed : Experience in building services design and mechanical engineering in particular. Working within a facilities or site management team would be the ideal background for this kind of role.

In this role you will support the team in:
Preparing scope of works and performance specifications for planned maintenance.
Assessing mechanical and electrical asset condition
Managing 5-year maintenance budgets for planned maintenance works.
Carrying out ongoing and detailed assessments of the condition of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services
What we need from you:
A strong background in building services design and in particular Mechanical engineering, engineering consultancy and the design and specification of Mechanical installations.
