Madisons Recruitment: Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer
Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our client's team in Birmingham B18.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as Project Leader on selected projects.
Helping to generate repeat business through building relationships with clients.
Contribute to the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scopes of work, and change controls as required.
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions.
Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications, and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, client liaison with members of design/construction teams, project management, costing, and ensure progress against the project brief.
Qualifications:
A CIBSE professional registration (CEng)
Substantial experience – at least 10 years working within the building services engineering area.
Experience in Software design including - Microsoft, Dialux, Amtech, Revit
Experience in managing Senior Engineers, Apprentices, and Graduates.
Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, HTM’s etc.
