Our client have brand-new spot in their team for A Principal Electrical Engineer to join their boutique consultancy. They are a well established Data Centre specialist consultancy in London circa 30 engineers that have built a really strong culture and have a lot to offer.

Its an exciting time to be joining the team, they are currently going through a restructure of the team that will ensure greater progression for their employees. - They have a proven track record of managing data centre projects across the UK and are now looking to expand the team to manage their growing project load. You will have the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art data centre projects that drive the future of technology, expand your skill set and progress with your career.

You will play a critical part in the planning, design, and maintenance of world class data centres. Design and Planning: Collaborating with other engineers with tremendous amounts of data centre experience to gleam from. You will not need prior data centre experience.

Principal Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in Electrical Design Engineering in a building services environment.
• Comfortable liaising with clients and leading small/medium size projects
• Ability to mentor more junior members of staff and cultivate strong teams
• Conversant with AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Relux, Dialux etc
• Carrying out surveys, compiling technical information, and streamlining contract documentation.
• Venturing into new business horizons while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Keeping a sharp eye on resources, finances etc
• Spotting pathways for company growth and service enhancement.
• CEng or Working towards
