Principal Designer / Health & Safety CDM ConsultantPrincipal Designer / Health & Safety CDM ConsultantGlasgow / EdinburghHypostyle Architects are looking for an experienced Principal Designer / Health and Safety CDM Consultant to assist the practice with all health and safety matters.This is a regional role supplying service to a broad spectrum of clients primarily across the Central Belt working from either our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices with home working flexibility. You will be involved in providing CDM advice and support to Client Teams and working to further develop and grow CDM requirements of the business with the support of the Directors. Responsibilities will also include preparation of Pre-Construction Information documentation, assessment of Construction Phase Plans and compilation of Health & Safety Files.This is an opportunity to join a practice with a strong design ethic and a range of interesting projects.
