We're currently looking to add a Senior/Principal Hardware/Electrical Engineer to our
Engineering team at Siemens Energy Gas and Power Services based in Lincoln. Working as part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for the design and development of Turbine and Auxiliary Control Panel hardware and Turbine Package electrical systems for Siemens Energy Gas and Power Services
How You'll Make an Impact
What are my responsibilities?
Developing solutions to replace obsolete equipment/parts to be able to maintain the businesses' fleet of gas turbines
To convert these solutions into generic replacement kits/parts for retrofitting
Designing/constructing new hardware solutions to replace obsolete Turbine controls system or upgrade current terms
Constructing new hardware solutions to replace obsolete auxiliary controls system eg Generator Control Panels: Motor Control Centres: Power within Gas Explosive atmospheres
Support sales by supplying detailed quotes for engineering times, potential hardware requirements, possible engineering solutions with regards to customer enquires
