As the Principal Consultant, you'll spearhead client-centric initiatives, ensuring unparalleled project delivery and fostering innovation at every turn.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with a diverse clientele, overseeing project delivery and enhancing the client experience.
Lead teams with finesse, managing budgets and ensuring profitability.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive innovation and inspire excellence throughout the organisation.
Technical Expertise:
While this role is primarily consultative, we are searching for Principal Consultants who have a background / experience within:
Agile methodologies
DevOps best practices
Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Architectural design, coding standards, and best practices
Non-Technical Skills:
In addition to technical prowess, we seek individuals skilled in:
Stakeholder management, expectation setting, and risk mitigation
Empowering and managing teams for optimal performance
Nurturing client relationships and identifying avenues for growth
Collaboration across multifunctional teams, including engineering, UX, Product, and Data
Thought leadership within the technology community, driving networking and participating in conferences
