Design and Transformation Principal Roles
£70,000 - £85,000 + up to 15% bonus + discretionary performance based bonus
7-10 years consulting experience
London based - Hybrid model

I am working with a fast-growing consultancy that works within the Customer Transformation and Marketing space. They partner with leading global brands to use innovative ways to enhance customer experience and drive change. Some of their clients include Lloyd's, Aviva, Barclay's and Nationwide.
They are looking for two Principal consultants with a customer-centric outlook to join them on their growth journey to deliver across key industries: Banking/FS; Energy and Utilities; Telecommunications; Pharmacy and BioTech.
Must have qualities:
Customer/Marketing Transformation, Design, Customer and engagement strategy, Digital Asset Supply Chain experience
Financial Services and Adobe experience preferable
Understanding of Change Management and Op Model
Ability to make key decisions and think on your feet
Ability to think out of the box and see the big picture
