As a Principal Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping and executing our IAM consulting services. Your role involves providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and hands-on expertise to deliver customized IAM solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role will be particularly alignedto our Identity Governance practice so it is essential that this individual has a deep technical expertise working with IdentityIQ and IdentityNow ( Identity Security Cloud.)Technical Knowledge & BreadthStakeholder/ Project managementStrategic planningCyber Security knowledgeLeadershipResponsibilitiesStrategic IAM ConsultingTechnical LeadershipClient Relationship ManagementMust HaveExperience leading and guiding complex IAM projectsDeep technical knowledge with a broad range of IAM tooling, especially SailpointStrong Leadership, communication and client facing skillsPassion and desire for Cyber SecurityNice to haveBachelors/ masters in relevant fieldAdditional languagesPAM/ CIAM knowledge or experienceSC ClearanceWhat a typical week might look like in this role? As a Principal Consultant, your week is characterized by strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. You will dedicate time to collaborating closely with clients, providing high-level strategic guidance, and overseeing the design and implementation of customized IAM solutions. Your responsibilities also include technical leadership, mentoring project teams, staying updated on IAM trends, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. A significant part of your role involves managing client relationships, fostering strong partnerships, and contributing to the continuous growth and success of Third Wave Identity.
