Principal Consultant

Location: Bournemouth or Farnborough, UK.

Our client is seeking a Principal Consultant to support the growth and development of their expanding business. We are looking for a person who has worked in Management Consultancy or Technology Consultancy, comfortable working directly with clients, making presentations to wide audiences including senior leadership teams and decision makers.

Demonstrable experience of:

• Minimum 5 years of prior consulting experience for a management or technology consultancy.


• Developing and managing client relationships.


• Writing proposals and winning business.


• Managing and leading projects and small project teams.


• Experience of the air traffic, airport, aviation or transport markets (advantageous but not essential).

Candidates need to be ambitious and motivated in driving the growth of the business through delivering high-quality consultancy to clients, maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff members.
