I am working on an EXCLUSIVE relocation opportunity to West Palm Beach, South Florida for a VC-backed boutique recruitment firm already well established in the US.
Founded in 2017, my client are on the trajectory to become the leading recruitment specialist within the US Renewables and Infrastructure market. The team at this business boasts 30+ years combined experience in this field with consultants regularly taking home $25K+ pay cheques.
The US Renewables market is seeing unprecedented growth – you will be granted the opportunity to become a super biller and open new office locations, proven as this was done within two years of a senior consultant joining.
Highlights:
Base salary up to $120K DOE
Comms up to 30%
Relocation package: 100% visa sponsorship, flights, 6 weeks accommodation
Average fee size $40K

I’m searching for:
3+ years experience in Renewable Energy recruitment
Strong BD background
Some experience in the US market
