the role is suited for those who wish to move away from Contingency and/or
continue their specialism in Financial Executive Search delivery.Agile and ambitious, this is a career move from Contingency
to Search, working alongside a $1m+ billing senior Director.Supporting the senior team, the role is a combined Delivery
and Consulting position, typically working on Partner mandates and team moves. Fees range from upwards of £30,000, and it is not at all
uncommon to be working on £250k+ fee mandates and projects.Playing to your strengths, you may wish to initially focus
on Consultancy delivery, with every encouragement (but no obligation) to
originate relationships and mandates yourself.Individuals are fulling a placement per month and enjoying a
compensation scheme of up to 42% on billings (including salary)Expectations for Year One (depending on experience) is £150k
