We are currently working with one of the UK’s leading independent infrastructure and property consultancies, specialising in environment, planning, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Team's Director to provide project delivery of climate change assessments at a major project level
Providing technical expertise in one or more of the following fields:
Climate change mitigation analysis
Whole life carbon assessment (building and/or infrastructure)
Circular economy
Low carbon technologies and energy efficiency
Climate change adaptation
Greenhouse gas emissions inventories/analysis
Carbon models/tools
Producing technical reports for clients, including writing, checking, and review of deliverables
Developing client relationships and undertaking bidding work including preparing, contributing to, and reviewing bids/tenders
Requirements:
A passion for the environment and delivering proven sustainability outcomes
Educated to degree level in a relevant field with further degree or professional qualification advantageous
Specialism in one or more key climate change fields, and/or experience in EIA consultancy for built environment and infrastructure
Experience of managing and taking responsibility for delivering successful projects of different sizes
